Kablen Auto Talks ( KAT ) is an automotive online community not recognized by any public or private organizations in Pampanga or Region 3. These forum offers Kabalen or Pampango-speaking people or who are natives of Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Bataan and Zambales, the chance to interact with other Kabalens who are car enthusiasts in and out of the Philippines. We may speak Tagalog, Kapampangan, English ONLY here. We ask that you Post with RESPECT for fellow forum participants.
In order to keep these forums enjoyable and interesting for all of our users, we ask simply that you follow these minimal rules. By participating in the Discussion Forums, you are consenting to these rules. Violators may be warned, suspended from posting, or barred from the forums or chats, at the sole discretion of the KAT Admin.
Read these simple forum rules.
1. The foremost important thing here is the big R- Respect. Respect all opinions, comments, suggestions and most important the person himself. “Men are respectable only as they respect”
2. Post with credibility. To shortcuts, text/SMS type messages are NOT allowed. Messages written in this format will be deleted.
3. ALL CAPS messages is NOT alllowed, this is equivalent to SHOUTING on the Forums and Is not Proper Web Etiquette. Your Post will be edited - NO TYPE IN ALL CAPS and you will recieve a warning
4. Pornographic photos/images and Offensive Language/type/text is not Allowed and will NOT Be tolerated.
Your Post will be edited - NO PORNOGRAPHIC PHOTOS or OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE/TEXT and you will recieve a warning.
5. Resize Images that will be posted to a Maximum size of 640 x 480 Pixels, Link your Avatars from a source link Photobucket, Multip, Flicker or any other host. Large files will slow down our forums. Big files/images will be asked to be resized or else will be deleted and you will recieve a warning.
IF you RECIEVE 3 Warnings in a Year - YOU WILL BE BANNED from the Forums
